Job summary
Grover Gaming, now part of Light & Wonder, seeks a senior finance leader to own FP&A end-to-end, partnering with the CEO and Strategy VP to expand margins and drive growth. You will lead planning, forecasting, and boards’ reporting, while guiding optimization initiatives across markets and coordinating with data analytics teams.
The ideal candidate combines deep financial modeling with executive presence, a strong track record of cross-functional leadership, and a passion for innovative gaming
Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive finance experience with senior FP&A leadership.
- Own full planning cycle: budget, forecast, long-range plan.
- Advanced financial modeling and GAAP knowledge.
- Experience implementing AI automations to streamline processes.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functionally at the executive level.
Responsibilities
- Own annual budget, quarterly forecasts, long-range plan, and variance insights.
- Lead month-end close and explain results in driver terms.
- Build models linking deployment, hold per-day, economics to P&L and cash.
- Deliver board-level and executive reporting and rapid analysis.
- Oversee capital planning for gaming equipment and ROI governance.
- Partner with FP&A, accounting on consolidation and reporting.
