Job summary

Grover Gaming, now part of Light & Wonder, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead a team of BDRs and Relationship Managers in a core market. The role emphasizes field sales meetings, state conference attendance, and presenting to key customers to grow the charitable gaming business.

You will oversee the sales organization, coach the team, manage KPIs, and collaborate across departments on product releases while maintaining our mission and core values.

Qualifications

• 5+ years sales management experience (charitable gaming experience preferred).
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, mentor, and provide feedback to a team.
• Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred).
• Experience delivering strong product presentations that lead to outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the total sales organization in a core market including relationship management and business development.
• Identify and expand new opportunities for Grover Gaming' through strategic growth strategy around retention, device placement, and new business.
• Be an "expert" on Grover Gaming products and services including coaching and training on product lines.
• Manage daily activities and overall performance of the sales team.
• Stakeholder management with vendor partners and customers to ensure high-quality service and communication.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new teammates for the sales team.
• Maintain Grover Gaming's Mission, Vision, and Core Values and uphold the culture of our sales organization.
• Collaborate with departments on product/game releases and identify functionality gaps.
• Conduct regular performance reviews; monitor KPIs.
