Responsibilities

• Greet guests and escort to tables.
• Present menus, take accurate orders, and offer recommendations.
• Coordinate with kitchen for timely food and beverage delivery.
• Perform tableside food presentation for specials.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and promptly address concerns.
• Process payments accurately and handle cash/credit cards.
• Clear tables and reset for new guests.
