Job summary

Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort and Spa is opening a new beachfront venue, SHOR, and seeking energetic servers to join the opening team. You will greet guests, take orders, and check in during meals in a fast-paced outdoor setting.

Prior serving experience is preferred and flexibility for Spring Break and Summer shifts is required. Ideal candidates bring strong guest service instincts, polished communication, and the ability to multitask while standing and walking outdoors in variable

Qualifications

• Must have CA Food Handler Certification.
• Prior serving experience in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift/pull moderate weight and work outdoors.
• Must have open availability for Spring Break and Summer season.
• Knowledge in wine and spirits.
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
• Must have a valid RBS certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and take accurate food and beverage orders.
• Follow up and check in with guests throughout their meal.
• Provide attentive service in a fast-paced, beachside setting.
• Assist with server station setup and housekeeping tasks as needed.
