Job summary

LMH Health is seeking a Chargemaster Analyst to maintain the Charge Description Master and ensure accurate charge capture, billing, and regulatory compliance. You will partner with clinical, finance, coding, billing, compliance, and IT teams to support revenue integrity and reimbursement optimization.

Responsibilities include updating CPT/HCPCS/ICD-10, monitoring payer guidelines, auditing charge capture, and driving improvements to reduce revenue leakage and ensure accuracy across charging

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
• Three years in healthcare revenue cycle, chargemaster management, or related finances.
• Experience interpreting CPT/HCPCS/ICD-10 and Medicare/Medicaid billing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the CDM to ensure accurate charge capture, billing, reimbursement, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate charge and pricing updates across clinical and ancillary departments.
• Analyze revenue cycle, utilization, reimbursement, and financial data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Conduct audits to evaluate charge capture accuracy, billing integrity, and reimbursement outcomes.
• Investigate and resolve charge-related discrepancies, edits, denials, and claim rejections.
