The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least two years of relevant experience, with strong analytical, leadership and communication skills. Experience with Model-N or Revitas and SOX is preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage distributor Chargeback Payments using CORE, ICT, and SAP.
• Provide leadership and transfer knowledge across departments.
• Communicate chargeback status, deadlines, and process improvements.
• Reconcile distributor submissions and resubmissions.
• Identify and implement process improvements and cost reductions.
• Maintain monthly wholesaler account metrics and SOX analyses.
• Develop, run, and analyze reports and SOPs.
