Johnson & Jonn j Health Care Systems, Inc. is recruiting for a Chargeback Analyst-Enterprise Contract Management (ECM), to be located in Raritan, NJ.

The role supports contracting, supply chain and commercial processes for U.S.-based Johnson & Jonn j companies, delivering accurate chargebacks and timely reporting. Strong analytical, Excel, and SAP/Model N skills are required, with SOX awareness and collaboration across partners to drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Two years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables); macros preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage distributor Chargeback Payments through CORE, IC & SAP systems.
• Demonstrate leadership and share knowledge across departments and operating companies.
• Regularly communicate chargeback status, deadlines and process improvements to stakeholders.
• Reconcile incoming Chargebacks submissions and resubmit as needed.
• Maintain monthly metrics on wholesaler accounts and perform SOX-related analyses.
