The role focuses on managing distributor chargebacks, performing root cause analyses, and ensuring accurate settlements across CORE, IC…S and SAP systems. Collaborating with Finance, Channel Partners and operating companies, you will monitor compliance, drive process improvements, and support SOX controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency with MS Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables) and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Manage distributor Chargeback Payments through CORE, IC…S & SAP systems.
• Provide leadership and transfer knowledge across departments and operating companies.
• Regular communication on chargeback status, deadlines and process improvements.
• Perform monthly audits and validate internal and external data requests.
