Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking an Entry Level Nurse to supervise and coordinate unit operations on the night shift at El Paso Children’s Hospital, El Paso, TX. The role focuses on ensuring quality patient care and efficient use of resources, under the Nurse Manager/Clinical Coordinator guidance.

Applicants must hold an Associate Degree in Nursing with a current Texas RN license, CPR for adults and pediatrics, and NRP where required for certain units. Certifications must be current at hire.

Qualifications: Work Experience

• One or more years of hospital based acute care experience.

License/Registration/Certification

• CPR Training Program for licensed nurses working with adult and pediatric patient populations.
• CPR training not required for licensed nurses working in Specialty Care Nurseries.
• NRP required for licensed nurses working in Specialty Care Nurseries.
• Current RN License to practice in the State of Texas.
