Job summary

Baylor Scott & White The Heart Hospital - Frisco, Frisco, TX, is recruiting for a PACU RN Charge to join a new state-of-the-art cardiovascular team. The role supports rapid setup, patient assessment, and post-anesthesia care in a high-volume setting as the Heart Hospital opens in Spring 2027.

Selected candidates may begin orientation in Fall 2026 at our Plano location, with full-time day shifts available. Requirements include ICU RN experience, CVICU preferred, and an active RN license.

Qualifications

• 2 years ICU RN experience.
• CVICU experience preferred.
• RN license and active BLS certification required or obtained within 30 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed clinical assessments and develop care plans for postoperative patients.
• Delegate tasks safely within the care team and monitor patient progress.
• Educate patients and families about recovery, medications, and activity restrictions.
