Baylor Scott & White The Heart Hospital - Frisco, located in Frisco, TX, is hiring a full-time Registered Nurse for a night shift in the Universal Bed Unit. Roles begin as early as Fall 2026 with orientation at the Plano campus before the Frisco hospital opens in Spring 2027.

Qualifications

• RN license required; BLS certification or obtain within 30 days of start.
• Minimum 1 year PCU RN experience; CVICU/ICU experience preferred.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed nursing assessments and develop/adjust care plans.
• Educate patients and families; coordinate with healthcare team.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort while delivering evidence-based care.
• Document responses and learning needs; participate in care plan evaluations.
