Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health The Heart Hospital - Frisco, TX is opening a new state-of-the-art cardiovascular facility. We seek a dedicated PACU RN to help launch world-class patient care and lead recovery efforts in a growing program.

This full-time day-shift role requires 2 years ICU RN experience; CVICU is preferred. Orientation may begin Fall 2026 to prepare for the Spring 2027 opening, with comprehensive onboarding at our Heart Hospital Plano location.

Qualifications

• 2 years ICU RN experience required.
• CVICU experience preferred.
• RN license and BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed patient assessments and create care plans.
• Coordinate with physicians and staff to ensure safe, efficient care.
• Educate patients and families on post-anesthesia and recovery care.
• Monitor patient responses and adjust plans as needed.
• Maintain strict patient safety and privacy standards.
