You will supervise staff, coordinate patient care with other departments, and maintain accurate records with a focus on safety and compliance.

This role requires RN licensure in the state, a nursing degree from an accredited school, and CPR certification.

Qualifications

• Requires graduation from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Registered Nurse license in state of employment.
• CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the health care delivery system in their unit and coordinate patient care.
• Monitor nursing service, maintain accurate records, identify problems, propose actions.
• Assist with staff orientation, training, and evaluations; coordinate staffing to meet requirements.
• Ensure unit cleanliness and equipment readiness.
• Attend monthly staff meetings and maintain professional atmosphere.
