Responsibilities

• Oversee the total health care delivery system in the assigned unit.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments.
• Provide direct supervision of patient teaching and staff.
• Ensure policy compliance and maintenance of equipment and supplies.
• Attend monthly staff meetings and maintain a professional atmosphere.
