Responsibilities

• Coordinate shift activities; direct, organize, and assign work to staff.
• Serve as an EPIC Super User and support staff with system use.
• Provide direct patient care as needed and monitor patient safety.
• Engage in quality improvement and reporting to leadership.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage staffing decisions within workload and budget constraints.
