Job summary

Nationwide Children's Hospital Inc on the Main Campus in Columbus, OH, seeks a Psychiatric Staff RN for night shift (11pm–7:30am). This part-time role (0.6 FTE, about 24 hours/week) requires at least 1 year of RN experience and an Ohio RN license.

Starting pay is $36.90/hr, with an additional $5.20 night differential and $5.00 weekend premium. Benefits eligible, and weekend requirements apply. Join our Behavioral Health Pavilion to deliver safe, family-centered care.

Qualifications

• 1+ year RN experience preferred.
• BSN or Associate degree with commitment to obtain BSN within 5 years.
• Ohio RN license required.
• Current CPR certification; willingness to obtain NRP, PALS, ACLS, APHON as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using a family-centered approach.
• Assess patient needs and communicate priorities to the care team.
• Plan, educate, and evaluate care using evidence-based practices.
• Document per standards and monitor patient safety and outcomes.
• Support quality improvement and unit operations.
