Mercy is seeking a Charge Registered Nurse (RN) in Arkansas for a full-time position. The role requires leadership to guide a multidisciplinary team and deliver high-quality patient care while coordinating daily operations and ensuring safe outcomes.

Qualified candidates have an RN license, BLS certification, and at least 1 year of experience. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is available, with no contract required and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing (Associate Degree, Diploma, or BSN).
• Current RN license in the state of practice or compact licensure.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (or obtained within 30 days of hire).

What You’ll Do

Preferred

• Charge nurse or leadership experience.
• Specialty certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, ENPC, OCN, CPHON, C-EFM, or other unit-specific certifications.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the shift.
• Ability to bend, reach, kneel, squat, and twist as needed for patient care.
