Piedmont Columbus Northside is seeking a Charge RN for the MedSurg unit on a full-time basis. You will coordinate the delivery of high-quality nursing care across the patient lifecycle and manage shift operations.

The role requires clinical care as needed and effective communication with leadership and staff to resolve issues promptly. The ideal candidate has a nursing degree with clinical experience, and must possess licensure in Georgia.

Qualifications

• Graduate from a nursing program (Required)
• Bachelor's Degree (Preferred)

Responsabilités

• Coordinates the delivery of quality nursing care for patients from birth through the lifecycle and addresses operational issues during the shift.
• Provides clinical care as needed when census demands and communicates patient care, departmental issues, and staff concerns to the appropriate leader.
