Job summary

Piedmont Columbus Northside is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to coordinate high-quality nursing care across the patient lifecycle. The role involves providing clinical care as needed, communicating departmental needs to leadership, and guiding staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Candidates must hold Georgia RN licensure and BCLS; ACLS and PALS are required, with additional specialty certifications as applicable. Hospital experience in a fast-paced setting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing; RN licensure required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1 year hospital nursing experience required; 2+ years preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinates delivery of quality nursing care for patients from birth through the lifecycle.
• Provides clinical care as needed when census demands.
• Communicates patient care, departmental issues, and staff concerns to the appropriate leader(s).
• Serves as a resource for guidance and assistance to the staff.

RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure
