Job summary

Piedmont Newnan Hospital is seeking a registered nurse to coordinate the delivery of quality nursing care for patients across the lifecycle. The role requires hospital experience, RN licensure in Georgia, and current BCLS/ACLS/PALS certifications.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and be prepared to meet additional unit-specific requirements. Oversees clinical care during shift, communicates care plans and staff concerns to leaders, and supports ongoing staff guidance and quality

Qualifications

• Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing is required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 1 year of nursing experience in a hospital setting required.
• 2+ years of nursing experience in a hospital setting preferred.
• Current Georgia RN licensure and/or multistate licensure (NLC/eNCL) required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of quality nursing care for patients from birth through the lifecycle.
• Provide clinical care as needed when census demands.
• Communicate patient care, departmental issues, and staff concerns to the appropriate leader(s).
• Serve as a resource for guidance and assistance to staff.
