Job summary

Piedmont HealthCare in Georgia seeks an experienced RN to coordinate delivery of outstanding nursing care from birth through the lifecycle, and address operational needs during the shift. You will communicate patient care and staff concerns to leadership and serve as a resource for the team.

Required are Georgia RN licensure, BCLS, ACLS and PALS, with additional certifications (Chemotherapy/Biotherapy, NRP, PEARS) as applicable to the unit.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Georgia required
• ACLS and PALS certifications required; other certifications as applicable (Chemotherapy/Biotherapy, NRP, PEARS, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of quality nursing care for patients from birth through the lifecycle and address operational issues during shift.
• Communicate patient care, departmental issues, and staff concerns to leadership; serve as a resource and guide for staff.
