Fresenius Medical Care seeks a Charge Nurse to lead direct patient care staff and ensure safe, efficient dialysis operations. You’ll supervise care plans, manage shift staffing, and coordinate with the Facility Administrator to maintain high-quality patient care within regulatory guidelines.

The role requires RN licensure, 1+ year dialysis experience, CPR certification, and strong communication. A comprehensive benefits package accompanies this position.

Qualificações

• Minimum 12 months of nursing experience plus 6 months dialysis-specific care.
• CPR certification is required or must be completed successfully.
• Strong verbal and written communication with staff and physicians.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day to day guidance to direct patient care staff and participate in annual performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Manage staffing changes and document time for staff on assigned shift.
• Lead patient care plan meetings and supervise dialysis procedures.
• Maintain knowledge of current dialysis practices through in-services and training.
• Administer medications per physician orders and supervise equipment use.
