Job summary

Dignity Health East Valley Rehabilitation Hospital - Gilbert is seeking a Charge Nurse (RN) to lead nursing staff in delivering high-quality, safe patient care in an acute rehabilitation environment.

Applicants should have a current RN license and BSN/ASN or Nursing Diploma. Six months of Medical/Surgical experience is preferred; CPR/BCLS is required, ACLS/CRRN preferred. Join a team focused on excellent patient outcomes and collaborative care.

Qualifications

• Current state RN license.
• Graduation from an accredited BSN, ASN, or Nursing Diploma program.
• Minimum six months of Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred.
• CPR/BCLS certification required; ACLS & CRRN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support nursing staff in delivering high-quality, safe patient care.
• Provide clinical mentorship, documentation oversight, and staff assignment coordination based on patient needs.
• Assist Nurse Manager with annual evaluations and identify educational opportunities for staff.
