Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Mountainside Medical Center in Montclair, NJ, is seeking a night shift, full-time Medical Surgical Charge RN to lead patient care on the Med/Surg unit. This role requires strong leadership, clinical expertise, and accountability for nursing processes and patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate's Degree in Nursing, NJ RN licensure, and a BSN is preferred. A valid BLS is required within 14 days of hire. Minimum one year of Med/Surg RN experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required.
• Licensed as an RN in New Jersey.
• BLS certification obtained within 14 days of hire.
• At least one year of experience as a Staff RN on a Medical/Surgical unit.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
