Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of nursing care on the Medical/Surgical Unit as Charge Nurse with leadership and shift accountability.
• Act as an extension of the leadership team and collaborate with director, manager, nursing supervisor, clinical preceptor, and house supervisor.
