Lovelace Health System in Roswell, NM is seeking a day shift, full-time ICU Charge Registered Nurse. You will lead nursing care for the unit, ensure patient flow and staff coordination, and collaborate with managers to implement policies.

A sign-on bonus up to $15,000 and relocation assistance may be available. Minimum qualifications include an RN with an associate degree or diploma, CPR, and NM license or NM compact license within 90 days.

Competenze

• Minimum: Associate's Degree or Diploma of Nursing.
• One year of Charge Nurse experience in hospital setting OR more than one year of clinical or management experience.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid NM Nursing license or NM compact license (within 90 days of hire).

Mansioni

• The Charge RN is responsible and accountable for the practice of Professional Nursing, including the nursing management of the patient and staff of assigned area in his/her charge.
• Manages efficient patient flow, appropriate use of supplies and other operational functions.
• Collaborates with the unit managers and/or directors in developing and revising unit policies, procedures, and protocols.
• Serves as departmental liaison and first line of contact with patients, providers and staff.
• Adheres to policies and procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety.

Qualifications

Job Requirements:
