Job summary

Bethany Children's Health Center in Bethany, Oklahoma is seeking a Transitional Care Charge Nurse to lead and evaluate direct patient care during assigned shifts. You will oversee skilled nursing care in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and ensure regulatory and professional standards are met.

Key duties include supervising nursing staff, performing skilled care, managing records and scheduling, coaching staff, and serving as liaison with families and the care team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year as RN staff preferred.
• Registered RN with an Oklahoma license.
• CPR and PALS certifications required.
• English language proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and supports nursing staff in provision of outstanding patient care.
• Performs skilled nursing care in accordance with Nurse Practice Act.
• Performs administrative duties such as recordkeeping, scheduling and multi-disciplinary communication.
• Coaches and mentors nursing staff with clinical instruction.
• Serve as liaison with patients’ families and care team to ensure quality.
• Other duties as assigned.
