Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Provide effective customer service and technical support for end-users.
  • Install computer peripherals, hardware, and software for end-users.
  • Document, track, and monitor requests.
  • Participate in on-call rotation and after-hours maintenance windows.
  • Run diagnostic programs, isolate problems, and implement solutions.
  • Write training manuals and create knowledge base articles.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned in support of departmental operations.
