The ideal candidate is creative, self-motivated, with 2–4 years of experience in social media management and strong writing skills, plus proficiency in analytics, photo and video editing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; applicable job experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Social Media Management and Content Creation: 50% of time developing and posting content.

The Social Media Specialist will play a key role in shaping and executing the hospital’s social media strategy, working closely with the Corporate Communications team to elevate brand awareness and engagement. This role is responsible for developing compelling content across multiple social media platforms for Bethany Children’s Health Center. The ideal candidate is creative, self-motivated, and passionate about our mission.Key responsibilities include managing an editorial calendar, crafting engaging post copy, creating and editing short-form videos and social graphics, supporting digital campaigns and event promotions, fostering community engagement, and analyzing performance metrics.
