Panacea Health Corp seeks a Charge Registered Nurse (RN) to supervise a Skilled Nursing facility during the 3p-11p shift (Mon-Fri) or 11p-7a for part-time, in Wilkes-Barre, PA. You will lead nursing staff, ensure quality patient care, and uphold policies under the Director of Nursing.

The role requires active RN license, ability to provide age-appropriate care, teamwork, clear communication, and readiness for background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in this state.
• Ability to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served.
• Demonstrated teamwork and leadership abilities.
• Ability to relate information concerning a resident's condition.
• Must successfully complete a post offer, pre-employment criminal background check and drug screen.

Responsabilités

• Supervise the Skilled Nursing facility during the assigned shift.
• Oversee administrative and professional policies for the shift; supervise and delegate tasks to ensure quality patient care.
• Demonstrate knowledge to provide care age-appropriate for residents (adult to geriatric).
• Assess resident status and interpret information to meet age-specific needs.
• Direct staffing and ensure adequate coverage; manage crises and incidents.
