Job summary

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Georgia required
• BCLS required
• ACLS and PALS certifications required
• Chemotherapy/Biotherapy certification prior to independent chemotherapy administration, if applicable
• NRP and PEARS where indicated within stated timelines
• Additional department-specific certifications may be required

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery of quality nursing care for patients from birth through the lifecycle, as well as operational issues during the shift.
• Provide clinical care as needed when census demands.
• Communicates patient care, departmental issues, and staff concerns to the appropriate leader(s).
• Serves as resource for guidance and assistance to the staff.

Education

Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing

Bachelor's Degree Preferred
