Job summary

Qualifications

• RN with Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure required
• 1 year of nursing experience in a hospital setting required
• ACLS Certification required for relevant units
• PALS Certification required in Emergency Department; other unit-specific requirements exist
• BSN Degree preferred or higher education requirement may apply for certain units

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of quality nursing care for patients across the lifecycle.
• Provide clinical care as needed when census demands.
• Communicate patient care, departmental issues, and staff concerns to the appropriate leader(s).
• Serve as a resource for guidance and assistance to staff.
