Americare Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse (RN) to provide frontline clinical leadership in our skilled nursing community. You will oversee nursing services, supervise caregiving teams, and ensure resident needs are met with professionalism and compliance with state and Americare standards.

Responsibilities include administering medications, guiding care plans, and acting as a central resource for residents, families, and staff while maintaining safety and quality of care.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical judgment and leadership required.
• Familiarity with state and federal nursing regulations.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or senior living preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee nursing services and clinical supervision during assigned shifts.
• Coordinate care plans and resident assessments with the care team.
