Job summary

Americare Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse (LPN) to provide frontline clinical leadership and exceptional resident care within our skilled nursing community. Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license is required.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or senior living is preferred.
• Familiarity with state and federal nursing regulations is important.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing services during assigned shifts and provide clinical supervision.
• Ensure compliance with nursing care standards, policies, and procedures.
• Supervise nursing staff, including LPNs, CNAs, and CMAs.
• Complete and update resident assessments, care plans, and documentation.
• Communicate changes in resident condition to families, physicians, and leadership.
