Americare Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse (LPN) to provide frontline clinical leadership and oversee nursing services in a skilled nursing community. You will supervise caregiving teams and ensure residents’ needs are met with professionalism and compassion on assigned shifts.

Responsibilities include administering medications, maintaining documentation, and serving as a liaison between residents, families, providers, and leadership, while upholding state and Americare

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license is required.
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, or senior living is preferred.
• Familiarity with state and federal nursing regulations is important.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing services during assigned shifts and provide clinical supervision to LPNs, CNAs, and CMAs.
• Ensure compliance with nursing standards, policies, and procedures.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility protocols.
• Complete and update resident assessments, care plans, and clinical documentation.
• Coordinate with physicians, families, and leadership to communicate changes in resident condition.
