Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. seeks a Charge Nurse - LVN or RN to lead resident care and supervise nurse aides in our Texas facility.

You will administer medications, implement care plans, document care, participate in shift reports, and educate staff while maintaining infection control and safety. RN or LVN in good standing, strong clinical assessment and documentation skills, and the ability to respond quickly to emergencies are required.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in good standing.
• Strong technical, assessment, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and workflow organization abilities.
• Ability to respond efficiently to emergencies and maintain attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Direct care teams: guide Nurse Aides to ensure appropriate resident care.
• Administer medications safely as prescribed.
• Implement care plans per policies and physician orders.
• Perform treatments to support resident health and comfort.
• Transcribe physician orders accurately.
• Document resident care and complete nursing assessments.
• Collaborate during shift reports for continuity of care.
• Educate staff on nursing policies and resident care needs.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards.
• Address staffing shortages by arranging replacement staff.
