Creative Solutions In HealthCare in Texas is seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse - LVN or RN to lead quality care and support resident well-being. This on-site role requires trustworthiness and consistent attendance to multitask in a dynamic environment.

You will direct care teams, administer medications, implement care plans, perform treatments, transcribe orders, document resident care, and participate in shift reports. RN or LVN in good standing is required.

Qualifications

• RN or LVN in good standing.
• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills.
• Strong communication skills and ability to organize workflows.
• Responds efficiently to emergencies with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Direct Care Teams: guide Nurse Aides for resident care.
• Administer Medications safely as prescribed.
• Implement Care Plans per policies, guidelines, and orders.
• Perform Treatments to maintain resident health and comfort.
• Transcribe Orders accurately and promptly.
• Document Resident Care and complete nursing assessments.
• Collaborate during Shift Reports for care continuity.
• Educate Support Staff on nursing policies and resident needs.
• Maintain Safety Standards and infection control practices.
• Address Staffing Needs by arranging replacements when needed.
