Job summary

Castleton Healthcare Center in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Night Shift Charge Nurse to supervise and mentor the night staff while ensuring residents receive high-quality care. The role requires an active LPN/RN license in Indiana, CPR/BLS certification, and strong critical thinking with overnight leadership abilities; 2+ years of SNF experience is preferred.

What You'll Do
