Twin Oaks Rehabilitation & HealthCare Center is seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor to join the facility leadership team as a Charge Nurse. RN or LPN licensed in Alabama with supervisory experience will lead weekend shifts in a rehabilitation and health care setting, coordinating patient care for long- and short-term needs.

The role emphasizes effective communication with staff and residents, ensuring quality nursing practices, and supporting the continuing education and well-being of the care

Qualifications

• Must hold RN or LPN license in good standing and state-licensed (Alabama).
• Supervisory experience required for leadership role.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills essential.
• Experience caring for elderly residents with multiple nursing needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead the nursing team as Charge Nurse in a hospital/rehabilitation setting.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
