Job summary

Park Manor Health & Rehabilitation in Northport, AL is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our evening shift as Charge Nurse. This is a full-time role on the 3:00 PM–11:00 PM schedule with competitive pay and shift differentials.

You will provide direct resident care, supervise CNAs, administer medications per orders, document accurately, and communicate with physicians and families to support a high standard of nursing practice and resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama LPN license in good standing.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred.
• Charge Nurse or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and oversee resident care during the shift.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor residents and respond to changes in condition.

Base Pay: $25.00-$29.55 per hour (based on experience)

Shift: 3:00 PM-11:00 PM

Shift Differential: +$2.00/hour weekdays | +$2.75/hour weekends

Park Manor Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Charge Nurse to join our evening shift nursing team.

As an LPN Charge Nurse, you'll provide direct resident care while helping lead and support the nursing team throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and oversee resident care during the shift.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor residents and promptly respond to changes in condition.
• Supervise and support CNAs.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Current Alabama Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing – REQUIRED.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care experience preferred.
• Charge Nurse or nursing leadership experience preferred.
