Pine Tree Lodge Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated Charge Nurse - LVN or RN to lead care teams and ensure high-quality resident well-being. The role emphasizes trustworthiness, consistent attendance, and multitasking in a dynamic long-term care setting.

You will supervise nurse aides, administer medications, implement care plans, document care, and collaborate with staff during shift reports while upholding infection control and safety standards.

Formación

• Active RN or LVN license in good standing.
• Excellent clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Strong communication and workload organization.
• Ability to respond to emergencies and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Direct care teams and supervise CNAs to ensure resident care.
• Administer medications safely as prescribed.
• Implement and monitor resident care plans.
• Perform treatments to promote health and comfort.
• Transcribe physician orders accurately.
• Document resident care and complete nursing assessments.
• Collaborate during shift reports to ensure continuity.
• Educate staff on nursing policies and resident needs.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards.
• Address staffing shortages by arranging replacements.
