Qualifications

• Must be a RN or LVN in good standing.
• Strong technical, assessment, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to organize workflows.
• Responds efficiently to emergencies with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Direct Care Teams: guide Nurse Aides to ensure proper resident care.
• Administer medications safely as prescribed.
• Implement care plans in line with policies and physician orders.
• Deliver treatments to maintain resident health and comfort.
• Transcribe physician orders accurately and promptly.
• Document resident care and complete nursing assessments.
• Participate in shift reports for continuity of care.
• Educate staff on nursing policies and resident needs.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards.
• Address staffing needs by arranging substitutes when necessary.
