You will supervise nursing assistants, document care accurately, participate in shift handoffs, and ensure compliance with guidelines.

Qualifications

• RN or LVN in good standing with current state licensure.
• Strong technical, assessment, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and ability to organize workflows.

Responsibilities

• Direct care teams to ensure resident care.
• Administer medications safely as prescribed.
• Execute care plans per policies and physician orders.
• Deliver treatments to maintain resident health.
• Transcribe physician orders accurately and promptly.
• Document care in charts and complete nursing assessments.
• Participate in shift reports for care continuity.
• Educate staff on nursing policies and resident needs.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards.
• Address staffing shortages by arranging replacements.
