You will document care, participate in shift reports, and educate staff to uphold high standards of safety and quality.

The role requires reliable attendance, multitasking ability, and a cooperative demeanor to ensure exceptional resident care.

Qualifications

• RN or LVN license in good standing.
• Excellent technical, assessment and documentation skills.
• Strong communication and ability to organize workflows.

Responsibilities

• Direct care teams: guide nurse aides to ensure appropriate resident care.
• Administer medications as prescribed.
• Implement care plans compliant with policies, guidelines and physician orders.
• Deliver treatments to ensure resident health and comfort.
• Transcribe physician orders accurately and promptly.
• Document resident care and complete nursing assessments.
• Participate in shift reports for care continuity.
• Educate staff on nursing policies and procedures.
• Maintain infection control and body mechanics safety standards.
• Address staffing needs by arranging for replacements when necessary.
