The ideal candidate holds an RN or LVN license in good standing, has strong documentation and communication skills, and can respond promptly to emergencies. This is a full-time on-site position at our Lancaster, Texas facility.

Qualifications

• RN or LVN in good standing required.
• Strong assessment and documentation skills essential.
• Ability to multitask and lead care teams effectively.
• Excellent communication and coordination with staff and physicians.
• Ability to respond quickly to emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Direct Care Teams: guide Nurse Aides to ensure resident care.
• Administer Medications: safely administer medications as prescribed.
• Implement Care Plans: execute plans per policies, guidelines, and orders.
• Perform Treatments: deliver required nursing treatments.
• Transcribe Orders: accurately transcribe physician orders.
• Document Resident Care: maintain timely, accurate charts and assessments.
• Collaborate During Shift Reports: ensure seamless communication.
• Educate Support Staff: train staff on care needs and policies.
• Maintain Safety Standards: follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Address Staffing Needs: arrange replacements during shortages.
