Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. seeks a dedicated Charge Nurse (LVN or RN) to lead care teams and ensure high-quality resident health. This full-time role requires reliability, strong communication, and multitasking in a dynamic environment.

You will supervise nurse aides, administer medications safely, implement care plans, document assessments, and participate in shift reports to ensure care continuity. We value responsiveness to emergencies and attention to detail.

Formación

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in good standing.
• Demonstrates excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills.
• Possesses strong communication skills and the ability to organize workflows effectively.
• Responds efficiently to emergencies and pays attention to detail in all tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Direct Care Teams: Guide Nurse Aides to ensure appropriate care for residents.
• Administer Medications: Safely administer medications as prescribed.
• Implement Care Plans: Execute resident care plans per policies and physician orders.
• Perform Treatments: Deliver treatments to maintain health and comfort.
• Transcribe Orders: Accurately transcribe physician orders promptly.
• Document Resident Care: Maintain timely documentation and complete nursing assessments.
• Collaborate During Shift Reports: Ensure seamless communication and care continuity.
• Educate Support Staff: Train staff on nursing policies and resident needs.
• Maintain Safety Standards: Enforce infection control and body mechanics procedures.
• Address Staffing Needs: Arrange for replacement staff as needed.
