HCA Florida JFK Hospital in Atlantis, FL is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinate unit activities during the designated shift.

In collaboration with the management team, the CNC directs nursing care, supports staff scheduling and development, participates in quality improvement, and promotes a patient-first environment through service that improves outcomes.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Active State of Florida RN license or Compact Licensure.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• Minimum of one year acute care hospital RN experience.
• Charge Nurse experience in an acute care hospital.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with admission and discharge processes to ensure throughput and high-quality care.
• Participate in ongoing assessment of the quality of patient care services.
• Collaborate with experts and managers to support teamwork and outcomes.
• Support patient-first philosophy and service recovery when needed.
• Operationalize nursing strategies, including rounds and engagement initiatives.
• Assist with staff scheduling and labor in line with productivity guidelines.
• Assist with inventory control and supply management.
