Beltline Wellness & Rehabilitation is seeking a Charge Nurse (RN) for a leadership role in a skilled nursing and long-term care environment. You will supervise CNAs, coordinate daily clinical operations, and ensure high-quality resident care in a 7A-7P shift.

Candidates should hold an active RN license and BLS/CPR certification, with 1–2 years of SNF/LTC or geriatric nursing experience preferred. This role emphasizes resident safety and collaboration with families and physicians.

As a Charge Nurse, you will play a key role in ensuring quality resident care, supervising CNAs, coordinating daily clinical operations, and helping create a positive environment for residents and staff.

Charge Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) / long-term care (LTC) setting

• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policies

• Perform resident assessments and monitor changes in condition

• Supervise and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

• Assign resident care duties and coordinate daily workflow

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and healthcare providers

• Complete accurate nursing documentation and maintain compliance with Missouri state regulations

• Promote resident safety, dignity, and quality of life

Charge Nurse (RN) Qualifications:

• Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Missouri

• BLS/CPR Certification

• 1–2 years of experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, or geriatric nursing preferred

• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

• Ability to lead, collaborate, and work effectively as part of a nursing team
