Job summary

Outfield Healthcare Partners is seeking a compassionate Charge Nurse (RN or LPN) in Missouri to oversee nursing care on the assigned unit, ensuring safe, high-quality care for residents while supporting CNAs and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team. You’ll play a key leadership role in daily operations and resident outcomes.

Qualifications

• Active RN or LPN license in Missouri.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
• New graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide and oversee direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and timely.
• Monitor, document, and report changes in resident condition.
• Supervise and support nursing assistants.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations.
• Participate in care conferences, rounds, admissions, and discharges.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
