Job summary

Priority Management in Rockwall, TX is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our long-term senior care team working Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. You will collaborate with the Medical Director and attending physicians to coordinate resident care.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing, holds an RN license, and has current BLS/ACLS certifications. Strong communication, time management, and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current RN license and must maintain renewal.
• BLS and ACLS certification required (cost covered).
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Dependable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Medical Director and attending physician for residents assigned to you.
• Assist the Director of Nursing in planning nursing services.
• Support team development and career growth.
• Evaluate residents and record findings to detect early health concerns.
• Complete medical forms, reports and charting for assigned residents.

What You’ll be Doing

• Conferring with the Medical Director and the attending physician regarding specific residents assigned to you.
• Consulting with the physician concerning resident evaluation and assist the Director of Nursing in planning and developing the nursing services to be performed for the resident.
• Helping your team members grow their careers—you will change lives!
• Examining residents and their records and charts to distinguish between normal and abnormal findings in order to recognize early stages of serious physical, emotional or mental problems.
• Performing administrative duties regarding assigned residents, such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, charting, etc.

License/Certification:

• RN License (Required)
• LPN / LVN License (Preferred)

Qualifications:
